We have mandated recruitment agency Winning Search to recruit our Head of E-commerce M/F who will will be in charge of developing the e-commerce strategy and driving all projects that will help to reach a sustainable and profitable growth. As such, you will also set up a leading e-commerce expertise for the Derma brands to fully exploit online potentials.
Poste
Your missions will notably consist in:
Developing Uriage & Apivita E-commerce strategy in Europe with all the stakeholders (HQ brands & local teams), to fully exploit online potentials (e-retailers, marketplaces, pure players, D2C):
– Work on cross functional & cross-country projects to provide the necessary guidelines/playbook to grow expertise in all e-commerce aspects
– Ensure application and coordination of European trade policy in collaboration with brand managers/digital team
– Responsible of contracts application for all our e-retail clients in Europe while respecting brands strategy
– With the brands, contribute to the improvement of our online consumer experience
– Work closely with the European countries to ensure consistency at every level, across the region
Contributing to development the Derma online sales:
– Support countries in defining e-commerce strategy
– Support global and local negotiations to ensure the brands strategy and the respect of online practices
– Work closely with local teams to identify positive/negative growth drivers and to set up impactful animations and boost the sales
– Contribute to develop new business
– Coordinate brands & local teams on D2C to ensure a consistent content
Monitoring & reporting:
– Pilot pan-European online business PnL
– European sell-in/sell-out analysis in collaboration with local KAMs
– Support data analytics development & harmonization of the dashboards
– Report with fluidity on e-commerce KPIs & insights at European level
Animating the Derma online community:
– Foster synergies & exchanges on experience and best practices
– Provide expertise and insights on the current e-commerce industry
– Enhance e-commerce capability within the wider organization
Profil
What you will need to succeed…
– 7+ years’ experience
– Proven experience as an E-commerce expert:
- Online business experience of the cosmetic, beauty, luxury or health sectors
- Experience of pure players, generalists or H&B e-retailers environment
– Strong knowledge in digital & data analytics, e-KPIs
– Knowledge of the online merchandising
– Confirmed negotiator
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Project management & experience working with cross-functional groups (sales / marketing / digital / finance)
– Fluent both in French and English
